Pets Not Allowed

Children Policy

Children below 6 years will be free of charge.
Children from 12 years will be charged as adult.
Maximum of 02 children can be accommodate in parent’s room.
Children 6 till 11.99 old will be charged 50% from person in double room.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be advised with a minimum notice of 30 Days prior the dates of arrival without any chages
Cancellation received within less than 30 Days prior the arrival date will subject to one night charge.
Cancellation received within less than 21 Days prior the arrival date will subject to FULL charge of total stay.

Refunds

Customer Refunds will be accepted, One month from the conference start Day.
